Node Red receive sms

The Node Red mb node-red-contrib-iottools-device Device Out node allows sending sms. This is good to send a fault sms from a PLC so it would be good to have a Device In node with the ability to receive a sms to be able to acknowledge or reset the fault to the PLC.
