mbDIALUP only works as Administrator / PID Error

If you receive the following error message when starting mbDIALUP:

Message from mbDIALUP

Failed to retrieve the PID from OpenVPN for mbCONNECT24.
OpenVPN Error Message: You have specified an option (--remote) that may be used only with admin approval.
This error may be avoided by adding your account to the "mbCONNECT24 OpenVPN" group.

Please check the following:

1. Open the Computer Management
2. Expand "Local Users and Groups"
3. Select "Groups"
4. Double-click on the group "mbCONNECTOpenVPN"
5. Check the users listed there and add the necessary user if needed.
