How do I obtain support information / logs from mbDIALUP?

To analyze the behavior of a router, the logs created by mbDIALUP are often very helpful.

If you want to analyze a reproducible, recurring behavior, it may be useful to first enable extended logging. To do this, start mbDIALUP, but do not log in yet.

1. Click on the tool / settings icon
2. Select the "Options" tab
3. Enable "Activate extended logging for the connection"
4. Confirm with "OK"
   
   Use mbDIALUP as usual. When the behavior to be checked occurs, please note the date and time. Then upload via
    
5. Click on the blue info icon and
6. Select "Create Support Information"
   Download the file supportinformation_mbDIALUP.zip. Send this to us for analysis.
