Are there further options to examine behavior directly on the router?

For complex or long-term analyses, it might be useful if you allow us access to a test installation directly on your site. You can create a test user in your account for this purpose. Example:


This user must have access to the router to be examined. Please check the box for "Admin" or adjust the permissions accordingly.

Please enable Syslog and the manufacturer access on the router.

For processing, we will also need the following information:

  • Can we access the router without time restrictions?
  • Are we allowed to make case-specific changes to the router
  • Are synchronization and restart allowed?
    (Note that the integrated switch in the router will be temporarily disabled during this process)
  • Access credentials:
    • Account
    • Device user
Note:Please do not send us passwords via email; use another channel (phone, ticket system, etc.)
Note:

To disable the support user after the analysis, it does not need to be deleted. You can temporarily block it via the key icon in user management and the instruction Block (de) / Block (en). If needed, it can be easily reactivated later.
