How do I obtain support information / logs from a mbNET.mini?

For analyzing the router's behavior, the logs it generates are essential. To obtain this information, you generally need to log in through the router's web interface.

After logging into the web interface, you will see the Quickstart view:

  1. Click on the first icon to access the first details page
  2. Click on Erweiterte Protokollierung (de) / Extended Logging (en)
  • A new window will open with the log displayed as a text file. You can view the log directly here.
  • To send us the information, please create a text file from the log:
    • If you are using a browser: Press [Ctrl] [S] to save the text directly as a file.
    • If you access via mbDIALUP and Web2Go: Press [Ctrl] [A] to select all text, then use [Ctrl] [C] to copy the text to the clipboard. Then open Windows Notepad, create a new file, and paste the text with [Ctrl] [V].
