210225: [HW02] New Firmware 7.0.0

The firmware V7.0.0 for the mbNET HW02 (or higher) + mbNET.rokey devices will be released today.

NOTE:
Starting this version a firmware downgrade is only possible within the same major & minor version.
Example:

A downgrade to version V6.x is therefore also not possible anymore
