How do I obtain support information / logs from an mbNET / mbNET.rokey?

To analyze the behavior of a router, the logs it generates are essential. To obtain this information, it is usually necessary to log in to the router's web interface.

After logging in to the web interface, you will see the Quickstart view:

  1. If necessary, click on the first icon to access the first detail page.
  2. Click on Erweiterte Protokollierung (de) / Extended Logging (en)
    • A new window will open with the log. You can view the text directly here.
       
  3. To send us the router's logs, please click on Support Files (de) / Support Files (en). The router will provide you with a file named accordingly for download. This file contains the most important logs and current parameters of the device in encrypted form.
