How do the devices receive their CTM update?

mbNET / mbNET.rokey

Starting from 19.09.2024, all devices from HW:02 will be updated as soon as they come online on the V2 server after the portal update. This will be triggered automatically. You don’t need to take any action. The process is not configurable.
From 05.09.2024, the CTM update firmware will be available in the portal for manual update.
Devices from hardware generation 01 will not receive a CTM update.

mbNET.mini

Starting from 19.09.2024, all mbNET.mini devices from HW:01 will be updated as soon as they come online on the V2 server after the portal update. This will be triggered automatically. You don’t need to take any action. The process is not configurable.
From 05.09.2024, the CTM update firmware will be available in the portal for manual update.

Notes:

We strongly recommend updating at least part of the device inventory before 19.09.2024.
You can initiate the CTM update through the portal starting from 05.09.2024.

Please note that you will not be able to create new devices with this firmware before 19.09.2024. Therefore, we recommend this only for already set up devices.

mbNET 600 Series

For safety reasons, we generally advise against operating these devices. They will not receive an update.
