Transferring a Configuration via USB
Preparation
- Copy the file mbconnect24.initial or mbconnect24.mbne to the root directory of the USB stick
The file must not be renamed
Execution
- Check if the router is operational: (LED Pwr Rdy lit),
- Insert the USB stick into the USB port of the device. Pay attention to the LEDs Fc1 and Fc2
- As soon as the device recognizes the configuration file, the LEDsFc1 Fc2 will start blinking:
- Now press the button Dial Out/ FCT and hold it down
- Pay attention to the LED Fc3
- As soon as Fc3 is blinking, release the button Dial Out / FCT.
- After successfully reading in and activating the new configuration, the device restarts.
- An mbconnect24.initial will be deleted
- An mbconnect24.mbne will be renamed to Xmbconnect24.mbne.
- If the two LEDs Pwr and Rdy are lit, the reading process is complete
- The mbNET is now operational and can be used again as usual.
- You can now unplug the USB stick.
