Which dates are important?

• 05.09.2024: The new device firmware will be released on our worldwide Public V2 remote maintenance portals. From this point on, you will have the option to control and schedule the update yourself and deploy it to your compatible devices via the portals.
   
• 19.09.2024: On this date, the final patch for the global V2 portals will be rolled out. All compatible devices that have not been updated by then will be automatically updated with the CTM-update firmware via the portal. You do not need to take any action; all compatible devices newly connected after the portal update will be considered. The update process for the devices will be started at staggered times, so the automatic update of your devices might be performed at a later time after the portal update.
