How do I reset the serial number?

To reset the serial number on a device, please proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the respective account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to administration and select the device for which the serial number should be reset.
3. Click on Information and select [Reset Serial Number].
4. Save the settings.

When you download the configuration, you will receive an mbconnect24.initial file.
